In line with the Home Office Mandate – to increase confidence and satisfaction with the police, we have been working with West Mercia Constabulary to provide their people with the psychological understanding, motivation and increased ability to deliver a consistently positive service to meet citizen expectations.

Some of the results achieved:

  • 97% say they are satisfied with the way their call was handled
  • 97% say the person they spoke to took the matter seriously
  • Sickness absence down by 25%
