Capita Life & Pensions ‘Gober Method’™ Accredited Trainer Awarded Team Leader of the Year 2010
We are delighted to announce that Wendy Crawford from Capita Life & Pensions Stirling, has been awarded ‘Team Leader of the Year 2010′ by the Contact Centre Association. These highly prestigious awards are the most sought after in the industry and are unique because they are judged by peers. The judging panel includes professionals from all sectors and senior executives with wide-ranging experience in customer contact. Wendy was accredited as a ‘Gober Method’ Trainer in November 2008 and was successfully re-accredited in 2010. This underpins the calibre of staff endorsing the Mary Gober message.
